Job Description:
Answering of switchboard telephone, taking messages or forwarding to correct person, assisting call where possible.
Attending to walk in customers, for collections or purchases.
Attending to all incoming emails and forwarding to applicable colleague or replying where possible.
Assist with Quotations/Pricing prior for country stock flags before formal quotations are done
Assist the Branch Controlled with basic Administration duties, such as filing, petty cash, delivery notes, general running of the office.
Arrange receipt and dispatch of order (orders coming in from suppliers and ready for collection by customers or delivery by courier in need).
General Office assistance
Requirements:
Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Experience required: 1 โ 2 years in a similar role
