SUPERVISOR VACANCY:

We are looking for Supervisors for our Stores in Johannesburg.

Permanent full time position with 3 months probation period
Working 6 days on and 1 day off
Working hours from 12h00 to 20h00
Salary Negotiable depending on experience
The Supervisor will report to the Regional / General Manager and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Be responsible for the entire store, including all shift managers and staff
Opening and Closing of the store when necessary
Recruit, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. Scheduling, organizing and directing assignments
Effectively manage employee turnover. Create a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner

Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards
Stock management including monitor and order adequate store supplies.
Manage store expenses, including petty cash and monthly overheads.
Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and Cash deposits
Implement and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs
Perform all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc
Ensuring excellent guest service delivery
Successful applicants must have:

Grade 12 Certificate
Relevant previous supervisory experience
Microsoft Office and typing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Lead by Example
Punctuality and excellent attendance record
Logical thinking and decision making ability
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R8,000.00 to R10,000.00 /month
