Spa Receptionist-The TwelveApostles Hotel

We are currently recruiting a Spa Receptionist to join our passionate and talented team.



As Spa Receptionist you will ensure that guests are treated in accordance with Leading Quality Assurance standards; using every opportunity to maximize the guest experience and in turn drive revenue with the aim of securing repeat business for the Hotel.





Key responsibilities of the Spa Receptionist will include:

Maximising revenue generating opportunities
The ideal candidate for the Spa Receptionist should:

Have 2 years’ experience in a spa environment associated with the 5* hotel or cruise industry
Have International qualifications ITEC/CIDESCO/SAAHSP/CIBTEC
Experience of a Spa Management System; exposure to Premier Spa advantageous
A treatment background advantageous
Be highly presentable; maintaining health, hygiene and professional spa appearance
Have an excellent command of the English language with solid verbal communication skills
Have previous proven Retail Sales experience
Be able to work flexible working hours; shifts, week-ends, public holidays, extended hours to accommodate the changing needs of the business
