Purpose of the Job:

The Site Supervisor will be reporting to the Compliance Officer. The primary responsibility of the Site Supervisor is to ensure effective and efficient security operations of the Site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enforce the Company Disciplinary ‘Code of Conduct’
Ensure an efficient and effective day-to-day supervision of Security Personnel
Assist with on-site training of Security Personnel
Provide administrative support to Management
Ensure effective and efficient rostering of Security Personnel
Investigate on-site allegations and report on findings accordingly
Liaising with the Client regarding security issues
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

PSIRA Grade A Registered
Matric Certified
5 years of experience in the Security Industry
5 years of experience in Site Patrolling
3 to 5 years of previous Supervisory experience
3 to 5 years Driving experience with an unendorsed driver’s licence
