Shipping company is in search of an Entry Clerk to join their team based at head officer in Pretoria.

Minimum Requirements:

Gr 12 (Matric).
5 Years’ experience in Customs clearing with proven track record.
Experience in Customs clearing, to include the framing of bills of entry, adjustments and bonded movements.
Knowledge of Shipping Documentation, Customs Act and rules as well as the Customs Harmonised tariffs.
Basic knowledge of forwarding (FCL, LCL and FCL groupage cargo movement).
Computer Literate (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Sound administrative knowledge and experience.
Excellent communication skills (especially English), inter personal skills, motivation and initiative essential.
Must be able to interact with clients.
Ability to work accurately unsupervised and under pressure.

The ideal candidate is seen as a motivated, confident and energetic person who can function effectively as part of a team and has an eye for detail.
Own reliable transport essential.
