This position is an End to end management of all aspects of the products under a management and through all stages of the product life cycle.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for bringing new products to market by driving the full product lifecycle within the portfolio of products. They will work closely with Sales, Commercial, Technology, Marketing, BI and Support to implement innovative, revenue-generating, customer-centric products that extract maximum customer value.
Conceptualize, develop and implement products to enhance customer spend and retention
Responsible to provide Strategic Leadership and Management of their team of product managers and product owners.
Establish product direction for the products, including product line extensions and target markets supported by associated business cases and related financial analysis.
Interview and meet with customers to better understand the market and market problems.
Prioritize and validate customer needs and requests for product changes & enhancements.
Track industry trends, product segment growth, market spend, and market share.
Create and implement annual product plans and roadmaps including new products/enhancements to expand service offering, drive revenue, and increase profitability.
Oversee the product through all stages of the product’s life cycle, from concept to production, including support
Develop functional specifications for new ideas and product enhancements
Working closely with QA to compile and execute test cases and regression testing

Enable, support and train sales, client services, and professional services staff on new product functionality delivered.
Actively participate with product development teams to define product requirements, specifications and acceptance testing criteria. Review and provide final sign-off for all requirements.
Engage closely with the development teams to help with making implementation decisions and develop schedules.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure product deployment, go-to-market and quality goals are defined, achieved and maintained.
Communicate release status and product status with key stakeholders.
Own and constantly evaluate metrics to measure product or feature effectiveness.
