Ensure the Gaming Floor Officers perform their duties at a high standard and in strict adherence to all company policies & procedures & Gambling Board rules & regulations
Effectively manage all aspects of the company’s security operations to ensure a safe environment for all guests, staff, their belongings and company assets
Liaise and build a strong relationship with private and State Law Enforcement Agencies
Thoroughly investigate all incidents and take prompt corrective action
Ensure the gaming floor is totally prepared in terms of training and equipment for disasters including evacuations, injuries and armed robberies.
Patiently and professionally resolve conflict on the gaming floor
Build a competent and motivated team of security officers through confident and caring leadership
Have administration and report writing skills
Have experience in HR disciplinary processes
Matric (NQF 4)
PSIRA Registration Grade A

Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word)
Minimum of three years Gaming Security Supervisory and/or management experience.
