Sales Representative (Materials Handling)
Minimum requirements for the role:
A relevant technical or commercial tertiary qualification is essential.
Minimum of 2-years sales experience.
Must have a hunter personality.
Able to identify and take the gap when opportunities arise.
Able to create opportunities.
Must be solutions driven.
Must be energetic with excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Developing new business and increasing sales into all associated industries both locally and internationally.Developing and continually reviewing sales plans to support customer needs and actively take the market share from competitors.
Offering technical support, commissioning and first level troubleshooting when required to do so as well as providing technical support for customers while on site and while travelling.
Ensuring that sales targets are met as well as participating in sales activities i.e. customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations, trials and customer seminars.
Recommending and implementing plans to increase revenue for given markets and territories.
Annually submitting and implementing a detailed sales plan identifying all sales objectives, sales opportunities, major customers and regional shows to be attended during the following fiscal year.
Continually reviewing the given market and territory to ensure customers are constantly provided with optimum service levels.
Actively promoting contractual service agreements and upgrading new equipment purchases.
Salary package, including benefits, are negotiable depending on experience gained.
