Job Description

Outbound sales

Minimum of 8 existing client visitations per month

Sign up a minimum of 3 new accounts per month

Making calls to existing/new clients daily

Booking meeting for myself and manager to attend new prospective clients

Daily reporting to manager - no. of calls, mew business and meetings

Book couriers when required

Assist accounts and sales when required (Invoicing, quotation, answering of calls, enquiries and orders)

Following sales goals provided by manager

Deliver and collect stock when required

Assisting with packing of orders and checking for errors

Assist sister company (Beulah) with appliance sales

Month end reports - Stock take

Research on Ink and toner customers in all areas

Any duties requested by manager
