Requirements for the Role
Proven track record of delivering against sales targets
Proven track record of lead generation and increasing new business
Sales experience in African Travel is a bonus
Fluency in European languages a bonus (especially French, Spanish, German or Russian)
Execllent planning and organizational skills
A self starter with strong initiative and creativity
Team player who shares ideas and learning with others
Professional with a sense of fun
Excellent ability to build and manage relationships with a wide variety of people and cultures
Must be able to travel overseas a few times a year, for 2-3 weeks at a time
Computer literate
