Sales Executive

The primary role of this position is to assist the team with the growth of their ability to respond to leads and initiate new projects. Our client's intent is to be the preferred partner in providing expertise and innovation for companies using ITSM platforms (viz. IVANTI). The client is based in the Waterfont, Cape Town.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years working experience in sales of ITSM or IT products.

The role will also require:

the proposal of Professional Services engagements for clients and partners.
driving customers awareness of the client's wider portfolio of services and solutions.
Sales Role:

Timely responses on new leads.
Following-up of leads via Phone or Email.

Identifying and providing resources (e.g. whitepapers, brochures) to lead.
Identifying business requirements and pain points.
Arranging Demo and Quote.
Coordination and response to RFPs.
Update of leads on Service Desk.
Continuing and growing relationship with Vendor.
Pre-Sales Role:

Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from their ITSM software.
Support sales of software and services through demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, and customer presentations.
New Product development:
Document and publish existing packages to Ivanti One market place
Identify and drive development of required features
Install demo software
Respond to technical aspects of RFP
Demo
Participate in Thought Leader Committee
Assist with quote estimations
Account Management:

Monthly visits with customers
Demonstrate road map to customers
Consult on customers road map
Communicate meeting details to team

Incentives:

Base retainer plus flexibility to work more hours when required.
Commission on New Customers โ€“ based on the Gross Profit of the engagement (refer attached partner agreement).
