Roles and Responsibilities
Submit all applications onto VPP system within 24 hours of receiving them
Provide feedback to relevant in-field team on status of the application
Update the status of the application on the OBI system within 1 hour of the status being provided on the VPP system
Contact customers of declined applications to establish if there is another person in the home who can be vetted.
Flag submission issues (outstanding documentation etc.) to in-field team in real time
File application in agreed upon method (determined by line manager)
Ensure sufficient number of printed applications are available for the team to collect in the relevant branches
Cross check appointments booked with update of status of the appointment on OBI daily in order to determine where information needs to be followed up on
Following up daily on applications that are pending and documents outstanding
Following up with CADFibre , FTTXOS and SFAAdmin when are where necessary to ensure the successful capture of
Status on OBI to be updated daily on pending applications so that the system does not read this as inactive
Effectively communicate with relevant in-field teams on a daily basis in order to maximise efficiencies
Able to effectively follow instruction given by managers
Follows company policies and practices outlined during Induction as well as client HSE rules & regulations
Performs additional duties as assigned
Assisting of HR team when needed to track asset allocation and other elements
Assisting of couriering of elements to regional teams when needed
Effective communication to relevant in-field manager on declined applications on a daily basis
Capturing of additional leads as they come through from in-field or any team other than the Call Centre
Tracking of this lead and ensuring that lead is sent through to relevant in-field manager
Following up with relevant in-field manager if lead does not translate into appointment loaded onto the OBI system
Flagging appointments that are not updated daily to the relevant in-field manager
Generation of manual on how the VPP system works based on training received from Vodacom

Experience:
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
CRM and ERP ,VPP (Siebel) and OBI software: 1 year (Required)
Education:
High School (matric) (Preferred)
