A well-established brand with a global strategy, that prides itself on making people’s lives easier through frontier technology that creates enabling opportunities is looking for a Regional Kiosk Manager to effectively manage the daily operations and ovreall staff management of the Kiosks
KPIS – All the below will tie into ensuring all Main KPI’s are met:
· Human Capital
· Kiosk Management
· Stock Management
· Administration.
HUMAN CAPITAL
Recruitment
· Ensure Talent pools are up to date and have sufficient candidates in place.
· Conduct 1st line interviews for vacant roles with the team leaders
Training of staff
· Ensure all new staff is trained 100% as per the process.
· Day 1 doing admin training, days 2-3 in kiosk
· Ensure that training is conducted with each visit to the kiosk.
· Ensure that all kiosk staff members have been trained on new Flash products and new Flash campaigns
Disciplinary Action
· Be aware of the Flash Code of Conduct and the process to be followed with regards to Disciplinary Action.
· All high profile disciplinary issues to be sent and handled through HR.
Staff Development and Appraisals
· KPA’s & KPI’s are conducted twice a year.
KIOSK MANAGEMENT
Kiosk Management
· Weekly planners done for Junior Team leaders
· Weekly visits with Junior Team Leaders
· Ensure that all kiosks finances balance – where this does not happen investigate the discrepancy and rectify.
Kiosk Visits
· 12 Kiosk visits done per month. Feedback to be sent after each market visit.
Sales Discussion and training:
· Discussions to be held with each customer topping up motivating use of all Flash products
· Emphasis to be placed device sales
· Assess training levels in the kiosks for both Flash and Network campaigns.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
Stock Management:
· Ensure all kiosks have sufficient stock of devices, pos and starter packs.
· Ensure that team leaders are managing stock levels.
· Ensure that all OBF’s and repairs are being actioned timeously.
ADMINISTRATION
Daily
Daily sales report to be submitted daily
Ensure that all staff have completed the attendance register.
Weekly POPS Report
To be submitted every Monday to your OPS manager. This will form the basis of all admin and reports required weekly.
Ad Hoc Reports
As and when required
Finance
Expense Claims & Petty Cash claims are done correctly and submitted on time.
Ensure that Vehicle spend is monitored
1 – 2 years Management experience
2 years’ sales experience in a field operations.
Must be able to work extended hours when required
Grade 12
Read, speak and write in English
Driver’s license required
Able to work without supervision
