Typical responsibilities of the job include:

answering telephone calls
maintaining diaries
arranging appointments
taking messages
typing/word processing
organising meetings
using a variety of software packages
booking transport and accommodation
managing databases
implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
preparing letters, presentations and reports
Placing orders for the business to suppliers and follow instructions accordingly
Process orders and keeping up to date of the transition and process of order being collected to deliver to respective client as needed.
Data capture on MS Excel and SAGE ONE
Reconcile suppliers / customers’ accounts
Follow up on customer collections
Process journals and provisions
Filling of all documentations & scanning’s
BEE administration
Payroll functions, I.E time sheets etc.
Submissions of annual CIPRO returns
Process customer invoices & delivery notes daily on pastel
Process supplier purchase orders and invoices
Qualifications and training required

Ability to speak and understand English and Afrikaans, Qualification in either: business, IT, languages, information science, administration or management can be beneficial, particularly for the most prestigious positions.
