Responsible for meeting, greeting, announcing and welcoming guests and visitors to Altron. Responsible for giving clients directions to various parts of the office. This role is the face of Altron, and thus it is also a customer services role whereby you set the benchmark for how customers and guests view Altron.

Welcome guests and greet people who visit Altron
Direct guests to the appropriate meeting room or waiting room and advise the appropriate person of the arrival of their guest
Make guests feel comfortable and welcome
Ensure that the reception area is tidy, presentable and looks professional
Provide basic and accurate information to guests and visitors
Employ good listening skills to react in a positive and correct manner
Treat all staff, guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with a variety of administration tasks
Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Advanced MS Office skills (Word,Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to listen and understand the needs of guests,visitors and staff
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and courteously with clients, customers, guests and staff
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
World class customer service attitude
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Basic understanding of IT terminologies
Logical thinking and problem solving
Conflict management
Accurate information gathering
Assertiveness
Customer, people and service oriented
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Positive attitude towards clients and team members
