A company in Germiston is looking for a Receptionist

Salary is R 6 000 per month

Requirements

Matric
Professional, well-spoken
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English, 2nd language an advantage).
Must be the ‘face’ of the company’s Group Corporate Image.
Duties

Deal with all visitors to reception and be able to direct them to the relevant departments.
Able to do the same for all incoming calls using an Alcatel Switchboard, Model 4035, PBX version 4090L.

There will be additional work, as and when required, including arranging couriers, updating phone lists, amongst other jobs.
