ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
Provide support such as compiling reports, agendas, minute taking, record keeping, research etc.
Work Flow Management
Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure the Directorβs time is available to fulfil the leadership role.
Personal Assistance
Pro-actively and intuitively supporting the Directors by providing assistance with tasks of personal nature to free-up their time to focus on executive duties

Agility & flexibility to work in an often fast paced and changing environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric
5+ years experience in a Personal Assistant role/Office administration
Project management experience advantageous
Proficient computer skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail applications
Strong communication skills
Well Presented
Salary Negotiable!
