Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration of HRPM System
Provident fund and Medical Aid & Provident Fund end to end processing
Liaising with management and staff and payroll related queries
Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
Payroll administration and third party payments and reconciliations
Assisting Finance and HR manager with month end consolidations
Supercards (employee shopping benefit cards)
Continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems.
Preparation of payroll related reports and summaries
Assist with payroll related General Ledger accounts and journals
End of year processing and reconciliation including payments summaries

Support and Assist with ad hock HR related matters
Streamlining and process improvement
Monthly HR reports for Board packs

Requirements:
3 Years' experience in a similar position
MUST have worked on Accsys
Experience in the retail industry would be beneficial

Salary: R24 000 CTC
