Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
-To promote the Mercedes brand, its parts and service among new and existing customers.
-Provide accurate and correct information to the clients with regards to parts
-Ensure the correct identification of client needs
-Provide regular campaign and services to customers by email or telephonically
-Ensure that customer orders quotations are processed speedily and accurately

Specific Role Responsibilities
Specific Role Responsibilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure building of excellent customer relationships.
- Effective resolution of customers problems.
- Maintaining current customers with a focus on acquiring new business and offering high levels of CSI.
- Effective self-management and performance ownership.


Qualifications and Experience
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years experience in relevant work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license essential.


Skills and Personal Attributes
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Technical expertise, experience, understanding and knowledge.
- Understanding of Mercedes Benz process management.
- Ability to analyse and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
- Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written.
- Customer Service Orientated.
- MS office (intermediate).
- Good administrative skills and ability.
- Knowledge of kerridge will be an advantage.
