JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Preferable Grade 12 or higher qualification
Experience in the hospitality sector, specifically the hotel industry.
Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Must be able to lift at least 15kg
Good communicator
Able to follow directions efficiently
A positive attitude is essential
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Welcome all visitors and provide a butler service
Set up for events – carrying tables and chairs, putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
Carry trays, serve guests, prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages

Clean up include breaking down the table set up and taking tablecloths and linens to the laundry after the event
Ensure proper use and storage of all banqueting equipment
Check all equipment if working prior to an event
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas
Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns to the Home Owner
Assist with other work including cleaning, repair work, gardening, security, etc.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R6,000.00 to R7,000.00 /month

Experience:

butler or banqueting: 1 year (Preferred)
