About the Position

MAIN PURPOSE. To:

Assemble and repair Minisubs up to 2000 kVA 33 kV.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To:

Assemble Minisubs.
Control stock of materials for Minisubs.
Repair Minisubs.
Assist Tiger RMU and tanking and other departments when needed.
Make sure the department is organized and clean.
Self-quality control.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Matric
Experience within this area will be advantageous
Able to read manufacturing drawings
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work well in a team environment.
The ability to work under pressure.
A keen sense of urgency and a willingness to learn additional job-related skills.
A code B driver's licence is an advantage.
WORKING CONDITIONS

Predominantly factory based in an assembly environment.
Out of factory traveling required from time to time, to assist with warranty claims and advice.
GENERAL

The prescribed Company Procedures must be complied with at all times.
Perform any other reasonable duty delegated to you.
