We are looking for a customer-oriented service and call centre agent. We are looking for young energetic individuals between
22 to 30 for a fast paced, demanding call centre.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls, from customers to take orders, Answer enquiries and questions, Handle complaints, Troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Use your strong customer orientation and excellent telephone etiquette as the instrument to
Succeed in this demanding call centre environment.
All successful candidates will be given free training so even those without call centre experience or call centre qualification can also apply. We need people who have got Matric or Grade 10 at least.
