Job Purpose
To support the CSI, Events and Marketing Division of the firm. Managing and Distributing information within the office and overseeing sending and receiving of correspondence, as well as filing of documents.

Public Relations Responsibilities:

Assist in administrative duties
Assist in building and updating media lists and databases
Assist in creating and curate engaging content for company publications
Assist in effectively utilizing the company’s social media and blogs
Assist with media relations, researching and scheduling interviews if needed
Assist with building and maintaining press kits

Assist with proofing written materials for style, grammar, etc.
Events Management Responsibilities

Marketing research in the corporate market & development of new event styles
Sourcing suppliers for new event
Customer service & database of events management
Responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive event information to event staff and related department
Qualifications and Experience Required

Marketing Diploma/Degree
Microsoft Office
Skills

People/Interpersonal Skills
Organisational Skills
Communications – Written & Verbal
Computer Skills
Special Requirements

Solid understanding of the different social media networks and the ability to use them
Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Must be able to work under pressure, overtime and weekends as and when required.
