Requirements:



Master Degree (MBA) will be advantageous

University Degree in Marketing or similar (non-negotiable)

10 years + applicable experience



Responsibilities:

The Marketing Executive will need to work within the parameters of the group’s business strategy to develop an over-arching marketing and communications strategy which will also require the refinement of the portfolio of product, service and event brands.
Coordinate and direct the business’s social media and digital platform strategy and implementation.
Develop the marketing and communications strategy for retail operations.
Develop the marketing and communications strategy for the group.
Develop the marketing and communications strategy for the international leg.
Budget control.
Develop a research strategy based upon ongoing and ad-hoc intelligence.
Oversee the implementation of the research strategy.
