LOCAL STORE MARKETING MANAGER-KFC

Description
The primary purpose of this job will be to support the Marketing Manager and the LSM Support Administrator to lead and develop the execution of LSM within the business. The requirement will be to manage the activity of the various promotional calendars, processes and ensure support thereof and alignment to the National Marketing Calendar, as well as manage compliance to the IFA, competition laws, Poppi and internal KFC Processes.

Key performance areas:

Work closely with National marketing team to ensure consistency in strategy and execution across all franchise groups
Assist with the process to ensure all marketing and digital/social media activities are approved and aligned with the national strategy.
Co-ordinate the annual marketing plan reviews for all franchise groups (LSM MPM’s) and LSM Quarterly Forums
Lead in addressing LSM competency plans (building a world class LSM marketing team around the country)
Partner with strategic brand campaigns that are translated into implementable LSM promotions & toolkits
Support the LSM Assistant with the process for reviewing and approving all marketing collateral for all franchisees
Help ensure all activities are CPA & POPPI compliant
Legal: Ensuring all LSM confidentiality agreements are up to date and being the primary contact on CPA and competitions process
Monitoring franchisee compliance

Requirements
Qualifications:

Completed Degree in Marketing
Experience and Competencies:

Skills required:
Briefing and creating of Promotional Activity & Campaigns, Trade Marketing within a QSR/ FMCG environment, Retail marketing experience
Min 5 years experience in a similar role
Understanding of the franchise environment
Familiar with competition laws and processes
Ability to handle & diffuse conflict and act fairly
