Assist Labour Manager and HR department with all the administrative processes ancillary to Labour, HR & payroll matters.
Will be responsible to manually capture, update & maintain database of +2500 employees (i.e: all employment documentation, wages, UIF, PAY-E, leave, absentees, attendance registers, etc);
Will be responsible to manually generate system to capture, update and maintain database, which will record all labour and disciplinary actions taken or to be taken by Company (i.e: entrance interviews, exit interviews, warnings, disciplinary hearings, preparation of bundles for CCMA cases for Labour Manager).
Will be responsible to attend to audits at retail branches to ensure compliance with employment and labour laws (i.e: contracts, permits, etc.), at the direction of the Labour Manager.
Will be responsible to assist Labour Manager with the drafting of letters, e-mails, legal documents (at Manager’s direction)

Must have experience in the above listed duties;
Must have vast experience in excel (formulas, etc)
Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle;
Must be enthusiastic, motivated, goal orientated & driven, self-disciplined, respectful and well presented;
Must be able to think out of the box;
Must be willing to work long hours to get the work done;
Must be resilient and trust-worthy.
