Purpose:


Support the Brand Environment Manger for Retail to drive the pillars of Brand Environment (BE) and deliver the best consumer-focused shopping experience across South Africa.
Assist with the effective project management of the roll schedule for new store openings and store re-vamps across retail stores & outlet stores.
Collate and share effective VM guides/tools to stores.
Connect, build and maintain strong vendor relations to ensure efficient and effective production processes and on-time delivery of props/décor.


Key Metrics and responsibilities -

Effectively assist the Retail BE Manager to ensure store displays and on-floor merchandising are executed to the best expression of our brand as per the BE Graphics/Navigation direction .
Assist with delivering effective project management of all BE related to store opening and revamps according to the timing plan.
Assist with the production of all BE/VM materials for stores and other required environments

Establish partnership with Retail Ops to ensure effect implementation of the BE standards, campaigns and updates in stores.
Responsible for assisting the BE Manager Retail to deliver all window campaigns, in-store displays, navigation and merchandising, on time and on standard
Assisting to manage the Store Openings and Revamp project plan to open all stores on time and on budget
Responsible for collating and executing any VM guidelines/manuals as directed by the BE Manager
Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective production processes and on-time delivery of props/décor.
Establish relationships with regional BE and Store Design to assit with project deliverables

What you need -

Visual Merchandising
Fashion industry experience
Drivers License and own car
Bachelors Degree Preferred or relevant Teriary qualification
Minimum of 3 years experience in retail with a direct responsibility for visual merchandising
Multi Store experience directly related to store visual presentation
Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Photoshop (advantage)
Extremely organized with the ability to multi-tak and project manage
The desire to work in a fast paced environment
Energetic, positive and adaptable
Ability to problem solve and negotiate with 3rd party vendors.
