Junior Administrator/Receptionist

We are looking for a young and vibrant Junior Administrator/Receptionist who will be a direct assistant to the CEO and Accountant. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

General Administrative/Reception Duties (Answering, Transferring & Forwarding Calls)
Taking Messages
Office Supplies Purchasing
Daily Attendance Register
Welcoming of Customers
Signing Courier Documents
Collecting of Post
HR Duties
Assisting CEO and Accountant when requested to
Data Capturing (Card Slips, Statement Balancing, Sending out Invoices & Statements)
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Filing
Requirements:

*Very Strong Administrative Skills * Ability to work under pressure & in a fast paced environment * People’s Person* Team Player * Strong Time Management Skills *Fast Learner *Be a person who wants to improve and learn something new each and every day *Reliable worker *Neat & Presentable

Own Reliable Transport with valid driver’s license
Degree/Qualification in Admin Advantageous
Pastel/QuickBooks experience
Microsoft Office Package
Working Experience
Must Reside within Pretoria and the surrounding areas
Religion: Christian
Language: Bilingual (English + Afrikaans)
Salary: Market Related depending on Experience & Qualification
