An exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Consultant is avaialable with one of the leading distributers of tools, in Cape Town.
Achievement of sales targets:
Ensure yield on revenue sold is at the required level of Gross Profit
Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by upselling and cross selling
Identify opportunities to win business where Customers currently favour competitorsโ products
Ability to negotiate a win/win business solution in meeting client need
Inform customers of new products/brands, promotional campaigns or joint marketing programs and feedback to management
Research and gather information about potential product ranges
Ensure knowledge and understanding of clients business
Determine who the key decision-makers are and what the prospects needs are
Quality Assurance:
Achieve Call Centre productivity targets
SLA
Abandon rate
Quality of calls
Key Accounts Management
Build trust and confidence with Customer through reliable and consistent service delivery and industry and product knowledge
Increase usage of Rapid Trade
Resolve complaints and queries effectively
Determine and manage the Customerโs expectations regarding stock and delivery
Complete and submit a comprehensive weekly Customer Call Cycle Planner
Product Knowledge
Attend sales and product knowledge training sessions
Internal Coordination
Demonstrate team work by collaborating across business functions
Follow up and resolve all Customerโs complaints and queries and escalate where necessary
Requirements:
Matric
Post matric qualification is preferable
Three years experience in the industrial industry
Market related.
