Job Purpose
Provide a professional and sustainable customer service on a Group Risk scheme ensuring the smooth on boarding of Risk Funds within agreed service standards and assume full responsibility for all tasks processed, falling within the responsibility for the administration department
Key Responsibilities
โข Ensuring all necessary information is provided at the On boarding of a new client in line with the necessary internal as well as regulatory requirements
โข Processing of Scheme Installations and Amendments to benefits
โข Drafting of Takeover Cover letters and updating underwriting.
โข Uploading of Membership on new schemes and membership maintenance for amendments.
โข Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tasks performed within service level agreement
โข Plans and prioritises work independently
โข Processing of commission payments
โข Regular client interaction on a professional and effective manner on both verbal and written communication
โข Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as and when required across the client service centre to meet commitments made to clients
โข Maintain expected performance standards each month, ensuring and adhering to the required monthly timekeeping and attendance standards of CAL Group Risk area
โข Participate in all projects assigned

โข Computer Literate
