Industrial Psychologist

Minimum requirements:

Master’s in Industrial Psychology
Must be a registered Industrial Psychology Practitioner with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
Minimum of 1 -2 years working experience
Medico-legal experience is preferential
If bilingual, added advantage
NOTE: This role is not for someone looking for a Consulting or an Associate position

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

Functions:

Conducting assessments/qualitative interviews

Developing reports and joint minutes
Providing expert testimony
Providing consulting services in various locations nationally (when required to travel)
Adhering to ethical and professional conduct in line with industry standards
Essential competencies:

Logical thinking and decision making
Communication and interpersonal skills
Planning and organisation
Ability to write comprehensively
Problem-solving ability
Ability to deal with pressure
