A well established dealership in Midrand requires the services of a well groomed & well presented Hostess/Admin Assistant.
Minimum requirements are:
Matric
Billingual (English and Afrikaans)
Good Telephone Etiquette
Drivers Licence
Own transport
Minimum of 3-5 years of admin experience
Must be well presented and professional
Ensure that the dealership is always neat and tidy
Receive and welcome visitors at all times
Perfect time management skills to ensure services to guests/clients are not delayed

Ability to adapt easily to the requirements and guidelines of the organisationAbility to learn fast on the job
Be a proactive and assist guests/clients in having the best experience possible
Be energetic, hardworking and extremely hands on
Be immaculately presented and an excellent communicator
Have an amazing attitude and work well in a team
Excellent product knowledge
General administration duties
Salary Negotiable
