We are looking for an entrepreneurial, free thinker who will challenge the status quo and push boundaries to lead strategy for product in the business, Use product to put the business where it is not. This position will be based in Hillcrest.
Set Product Strategy for the business
Implementation of Strategy
Ensure Product Strategy is executed
Product Innovation and concept creation
Innovate and Create products that deliver unbeatable value that our customers cannot get anywhere else
Ensure our product fulfillment is in accordance with the agreed SLA’s
Strategic Product Value Management
Understand and pro-actively manage product performance
Ensure product strategy keeps our products relevant irrespective of state of economy
Oversee Scripting for the Business
Oversee Testing for the Business
Relevant Tertiary Degree
10 Years minimum working experience

Ability to understand economic situation and direction of SA
Passion and knowledge of technology and how it can be and is used for innovating technology in insurance, motor vehicle, insurance health, life, cellular and legal
Experience and understanding of insurance cells would be beneficial
Experience in working in developing mobile apps for the delivery of customer facing service solutions would be beneficial
Strong Commercial knowledge
Strong Deal Making ability
Strong Rainmaker (ability to bring in new business by association)
Ability to test fast and fail fast
A history of taking on risk in ways that allow an individual to put the business where it is not and to do this in a safe way
