The incumbent will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Welcome all guests with a friendly smile and engage with them immediately
Prepare for the arrivals a day prior and to be on top of all bookings
You will be on the front of house at all times and work hand in hand with Front Office staff
To assist guest with information about the hotel and surrounds
To engage with departing guests and ensure that every guest who leaves the hotel has had the best guest service
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
Matric
Energetic and spontaneous
Vibrant and friendly disposition
Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal and written communication skills
Other languages advantageous

Excellent guest relation skills Highly presentable
Team player
Must be able to work flexible hours including shifts, week-ends and public holidays
Excellent written, telephonic and organisational skills
Must be computer literate
