Our client has a new vacancy for a Frontline Receptionist for their offices in Cape Town

We do not charge candidates any fees to apply Main Purpose of the role: To provide a warm and welcoming reception atmosphere to all employee's and visitors.
To receive all incoming telephone calls and re-direct to appropriate business units or pass on messages where appropriate.
To distribute incoming mail to the relevant business units and to collect, collate and frank all outgoing mail
To ensure that the reception area is kept tidy at all times
Incoming and organising outgoing deliveries and cabs
To ensure that, there is sufficient stock levels of paper, stationary items and toner cartridges
To ensure that office supplies such as Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Crockery are checked on a weekly basis and replenished/replaced as necessary
Booking of meeting rooms for internal and external clients
Setting up meeting rooms in accordance with the requirements requested and cleared away afterwards
Organising deliveries and collections to other offices
Experience and Skills:
Minimum three years' Reception experience
General administration experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Highly organised with strong timekeeping and task prioritisation skills !
Remuneration and Benefits: R13,000 with full benefits and bonus year end
