Our Client based in Johannesburg is seeking and Events Coordinator on a 4 month temporary bases

Requirements
Matric
At least 1 years’ relevant experience in the coordination role
Wellbeing Events Coordination

Purpose

• Respond to client wellbeing event requests and annual plans.
• Coordinate and action the wellbeing events requests.
• Allocate Provider Partners: Logistics and affiliate planning to resource events.

• Scheduling events within the agreed client’s SLA and ensuring timeous event readiness.
• Manage onsite cancellations with the view to minimize cancellations in the future.
• Better management of exceptions on all reports.
• Focus on better allocation of nurses, affiliates, required resources and consumables.
