About the Company:

Aerosol and Cosmetic Works does private label manufacturing for personal care.

Overall Purpose of the Position:

Accurate loading and dispatch of various products as per customer requirements

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) & Responsibilities

To assist the factory manager with control of the Dispatch Department
To control the flow of finished goods in and out of the Dispatch Department
Efficient delegation of orders to Dispatch pickers/packers
Ensuring orders are checked against picking slips

Supervising the loading of all orders
Assist with queries related to the dispatching department
Supervision and maintenance of good housekeeping in the department
Ideal Requirements

2-3 years FMCG experience
Minimum 5 years experience in a dispatch/ Warehouse environment
A Matric diploma or equivalent
Supervisory experience
Computer literate (Word, Excel, SAP) will be to your advantage;
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to be aware of others reaction and understand why they react as they do, and to manage one’s own time.
