Job Description
SA Premix is looking to recruit a Dispatch Administration Clerk to work in Burgersdorp.

Our core business is to apply our expertise for the manufacturing of nutritional additives for the agricultural and veterinary market.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Dispatching of finished products on Syspro.
• Will created SCT’s for finished goods between warehouses before dispatching on Syspro.
• Will keep records of each order that leaves the premises via the “Dispatch Record Book”.
• Receiving of signed Dispatch notes from drivers after delivery and preparing paperwork to be invoiced.
• Coding of third party transporter invoices.
• Communicate with clients & investigate queries concerning the dispatch note and actual quantities received.
• Will collect OTIF stats via the DN’s received back from the driver.
• Ensure that all petrol slips of the trucks are sent to accounts processing.
• Sending of SCT’s or DN’s to Johannesburg depot for delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
• Matric or NQF equivalent.
• Minimum of one year related experience.
• Must be computer literate.
