Nucleus is a 360 degree in-house creative agency for the Ares Group, incorporating the Under Armour, Crocs and Birkenstock brands.



The agency’s purpose is to ignite and grow the brands presence and consumer engagement within the SA market through multi-channel campaigns, including retail, trade, PR, above-the-line, activations, events, social media and digital platforms.

DIGITAL SOCIAL CO-ORDINATOR



ROLE PURPOSE:

Assist with the facilitation and content development for the digital and social media requirements for Under Armour, Crocs and Birkenstock.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Analytical and multitasking skills.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in related fields.

• Experience with social media content development and community management.

• Experience in digital marketing and web usability.

• A good understanding of web and social media analytics and metrics.



ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating Content Schedules.

• Social media scheduling.

• Copywriting.

• Ad-hoc campaign reporting.

• Facebook paid advertising.

• Community management Other ad-hoc marketing tasks.

• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.

• Knowledge of online marketing channels.

• Familiarity with web design (UX & UI).

• Assist with community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

• Assist with activations and live tweeting/streaming from events.

• Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media and digital.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma certificate in copywriting, marketing, social media or related fields.

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
