Key Responsibilities:

To assist the Despatch Manager with control of the Despatch Department
To control the flow of finished goods in and out of the Despatch Department
Controlling of all incoming factory orders
Ensuring orders are checked against picking slips
Supervising and assisting with the loading of all orders
Planning and scheduling transport
Ensures deliveries are met timeously
Liaises with internal staff and customers to resolve courier and admin related queries
Ensures a safe working environment and adheres to housekeeping standards
Requirements:

Matric

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a Despatch/ Warehouse environment
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
