Debtors and Creditors Clerk

We are looking for a dynamic female to join our finance division.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Minimum 3 years in all of the following

Debtors processing and management
Creditors processing and management
Debtors credit control and following up on outstanding payments
Receipting of monies received and paid
Basic formulas, charts and tables on Excel.
SKILLS

Pastel, QuickBooks and/Xero experience
MS Office and Google's G Suite
Good memory

High attention to detail
Efficient with numbers
Ability to communicate really well verbally and in writing
Keen interest on new technology in the finance space
Ability to work on own and take initiative
EDUCATION

Basic bookkeeping

Following up on outstanding debts
Assisting with reports & calculations
Obtaining of information from related parties
Liaising with bank for information
Assisting Head of Finance department
