A vacancy exists for a Customer Support Advisor based at CSC in Germiston. The purpose of this positions to effectively perform risk and debt management on designated Customer Accounts on a daily basis and to ensure that the minimum debt is outstanding. Furthermore administer cylinder resources, establish and maintain a sound relationship with customers and provide a strong support function to the Sales and Branch Services Staff,

The ideal candidate should have:
Grade 12 certificate with subjects Accounting and Mathematics
A qualification in debt management (Credit Management 1,2 and 3) would be advantageous
Approximately five years debt and risk management experience in Afrox / FMCG environment
Knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Excel, Word, Exsol, Avaya and Outlook programmes
This position would be most suited for an assertive, results and deadline driven individual who displays sound verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.

Key Areas of Responsibility Include
Make notes against specific accounts.
Ensure there is a Telequery for every account handled
Apply all unallocated monies to oldest debt
Assist in production of management information.
Attend to credit requests
Identify defaulting customers
Refer possible uncollectable accounts to the CAM.
