Responsibilities:

Effectively generate sales leads utilizing our systems
understanding all sales and marketing aspects within the business
Gain knowledge of products offering, target market and other
Cross sell and upsell our products to clients

Reporting and performance tracking across various product sets
Meeting targets and KPIs set out by management
Learn how to train and lead a team
Build up a sales and marketing team; training one person at a time
Lead your team into reaching targets to be successful
