Experience in Customer Experience & Administration industry.
MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) at Intermediate level.
Bilingual (English plus another)
Management of all Teljoy Social Media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Hello Peter, Twitter, SMS’s, Live Chat, Google Reviews and Smoke Survey. Documentation and analysis of all client communication that comes through via our Social Media platforms. Customer liaising with regards to general queries and complaints.

Interpersonal and communication skills, Administrative skills, Negotiations, Keyboard skills, Administration skills, Influencing, Practical learning, Excellent Telephone etiquette and written communication skills. MS office literate (Excel, outlook and word).
Relevant tertiary qualification will be given first preference
We believe in our philosophy of “recruit for character and train for skill”, however previous call center experience in telesales and retail will give candidates a competitive edge but it is not entirely necessary.
