Corporate Contract Lawyer

Candidates must have exposure in a corporate environment doing Draft, review, negotiation, risk assessment and compliance on complex contracts. Ideally you will have experience in Pharmaceutical, Retail, Logistics or insurance contracts.

The key functions of this role are:

Commercial contract drafting, review and management, regulatory & compliance related services.
Business development, service and technology innovation.
Client account management.
Experience with procurement
Commercial project management and delivery.
We are interested in individuals who have the following skills:

Demonstrable commercial legal background (Retail/Logistics/financial services/ insurance industry/ compliance experience would be an advantage)

Strong business/commercial acumen
Ability to work with a dynamic team
Good grasp of legal and contract management technology
Requirements

Completed LLB or Admitted Attorney or Advocate in any jurisdiction
Availability to commence as soon as possible
