Due to expansion leading Pinetown based electronic security company has vacancies for CONTROL CENTRE OPERATORS.
Job Description

Actioning of all alarm types and dispatching of armed response vehicles.
Ensure that calls are answered in the shortest possible time and clients are contacted ASAP.
Job Requirements

To be part of this dynamic group you will need a minimum of matric and a good customer service background.
Previous Security industry experience would be an advantage.
This position will suit a confident person who maintains professionalism at all times.
Incumbent must have the ability to work in a team environment and individually.
Excellent telephone manner, computer literacy and fluency in english coupled with the desire to build relationshipswill land you this role.
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and the ability to handle pressure.
PSIRA registered and previous call centre experience would be an added advantage.

Clear criminal record

Must have own transport or be able to arrange own transport.
