purpose
The Contact Centre Marketer increases new business production by ensuring the speedy validation of income and the conversion of approved applications. The incumbent is responsible for offering service excellence to the independent F&Is;and guiding them on the latest electronic offerings, compliance and governance.
experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualification - BComm degree in Business Management or Marketing
Preferred Qualification - Honours degree in Business Management or Marketing
Experience - Six to twelve months experience in a contact centre aenvironment An understanding of motor processes and procedures Sales experience is advantageous

additional requirements
In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check. All appointments will be made in line with WesBank’s EE Strategy
