The youth care centre in Winburg has a vacancy for a child and youth care worker.

The person will be responsible for the emotional and physical and educational needs of twelve Sotho speaking girls aged 0 – 18 years, who were placed there by the Children’s Court.

Requirements:

Previous experience with children will be preferred
Grade 12 and/or qualification as child and youth care worker
Driver’s license
Good health and lots of energy
Age 40-55 years preferably
Sotho-speaking person will be preferred
Person must be willing to undergo training
Must be able to take firm action and discipline

Staying on the premises is compulsory.
