Description:

Ensure that the Branch operates in accordance with all current applicable legislation, rules and regulations
Ensure that the Branch provides the highest possible levels of customer service
Ensure that the Branch operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, and
Internal Control Procedures
Ensure that the Branch operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping
with its objective to become the market leader in South Africa’s Bingo industry
Ensure compliance with FICA Internal Rules
Receive and confirm float prior to commencement of the shift
Demonstrate a full working knowledge of the RGS system
Responsible for the reconciliation of cash per shift
Deal with customers in a professional manner
Assist with and ensure that clearance is conducted in line with Internal Control Procedures

Assist with and ensure that count is conducted in line with the Internal Control Procedures
Ensure that the Branch is kept clean and tidy at all times and that attendance requirements are met
Responsible for pay-outs to customers from the Bingo terminals and any other functions as required or prescribed by Management or the Internal Control Procedures

Requirements:

Grade 12
Cash handling experience is preferred
