You will be working and dealing in products and services from different companies and as agents your job will be to answer incoming calls, make ougoing calls, provide technical supports and offering open desk help services. Maintaining and updating clients databases

We are in need of school leavers and matriculants seeking to gain experience in customer service and call centre

Strong work attitude and good communication ability is essential and are paramount to succeeding the call centre industry.
